iPhone - More than just a phone

iPhone and a New Age of Communications

The iPhone product family represents a new age of communications, an age that has voice applications at its core. The iPhone age is about more than just dialing the phone and waiting to see if someone on the other end answers. Devices in this new age do more than simply connect you to friends, loved ones, and colleagues. They can also deliver particular types of content tailored to meet your specific needs.

iPhone Delivers Customized Content

iPhone products come with a variety of features that will change the way you communicate with friends and family, including:

* Compelling Internet services: iPhone products work with such popular clients as Skype and Yahoo! Messenger with Voice; these clients display real-time contact list and presence information letting you know when the party you want to call is available.
* Access to personal content: Use your iPhone handset to access music, photos, and live video cameras from sources on the Internet.

With the iPhone product family from Linksys, you can do more from your phone than just talk!

Nuclear Agreement

Last week, a late-night phone call between President George W. Bush and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh sparked widespread sputters about the vital signs of the U.S.-India nuclear deal. In response to questioning, White House spokesman Tony Fratto responded "no, it’s not dead," even though Singh has, at the very least, set the deal aside for now. The deal has been slipping over the past few months because of Indian domestic politics. Singh's government depends on the Communists for support in Parliament. When the government signed the nuclear deal with the United States, the Communists were infuriated. They believed the deal would sacrifice Indian sovereignty and potentially risk indigenous scientific development. A confrontation ensued: The Communists vaguely threatened to withdraw support for the government (which would force a snap election) if the deal were not subjected to parliamentary debate, and the government dared them to go ahead. As attempts to finalize the deal drag on, key supporters in the Nuclear Suppliers' Group and the U.S. Congress may also lose enthusiasm. And as the United States enters election season, the Democrats will probably be increasingly unlikely to hand a foreign-policy success to President Bush and the Republicans. Another indication that prospects for the deal are slipping comes from its supporters, who have begun to hedge their bets by attempting to "describe the nuclear accord as one piece of a broader relationship" that will endure, regardless of the deal's success. The deal isn't completely dead yet, but it is looking less and less likely in the near future.

Wanna experience Zero Gravity ?

Your childhood dream to fly like superman can be achieved now. G-FORCE ONE® is the aircraft to make your dream come true. You can experience Zero Gravity without going to space only here. Book a seat in any of the regular flights conveniently based in Las Vegas, Nevada and at the Kennedy Space Center, near Orlando, Florida. Zero Gravity Corporation (ZERO-G) is a privately held space entertainment and tourism company.

How?

Weightless Flight (also known as Parabolic Flight) is achieved aboard ZERO-G's Boeing 727 aircraft named G-FORCE ONE. Weightlessness is achieved by flying G-FORCE ONE through a parabolic flight maneuver. Specially trained pilots fly these maneuvers between approximately 24,000 and 34,000 feet altitude. The maneuver is somewhat like a roller coaster in that the plane is initially pulled up to approximately 45 degrees 'nose high'. Next the plane is 'pushed over' the top to reach the zero-gravity segment of the parabolas. For the next 25 - 30 seconds everything in the plane is weightless. At approximately 30 degrees 'nose low' a gentle pull-out is started which allows the Flyers to stabilize on the aircraft floor. Finally, the g-force is increased smoothly to about 1.8 g's until the aircraft reaches a flight altitude of 24,000 feet. The maneuver is then repeated.

Cost ?

The ZERO-G Experience, which includes training led by a professional astronaut, a flight of 15 parabolas, flight suit, complimentary merchandise, awards, a post-event party, photos, and a DVD of the flight, is offered at a price of $3,950 per seat. They provide photos of everyone taken by a professional.
